Alyssa D. Campbell, Senior Associate Attorney

Alyssa D. Campbell is a Senior Associate Attorney for Legal Advocates for Indian Country, LLP in the Stillwater office.  Ms. Campbell joined the firm in October, 2006 and practices Native American Law, family law, and criminal law.  Ms. Campbell has significant knowledge and experience in providing legal representation to victims of domestic violence.  Ms. Campbell earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas in Austin with degrees in government and Spanish in 2001. Ms. Campbell earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2004 while also earning a certification in American Indian Law from the Center for the Study of American Indian Law and Policy in 2004.  Ms. Campbell interned with the Office of Tribal Justice, Department of Justice located in Washington, D.C. in 2003 and became a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association in 2004.  Ms. Campbell is currently licensed to practice in the State of Oklahoma, United States District Court for the Western District, Chickasaw Nation Courts, Pawnee Nation Courts, Muscogee (Creek) Nation Courts, and Absentee Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma Courts.

Whitney Weingartner, Associate Attorney

Whitney Weingartner is an Associate Attorney for Legal Advocates for Indian Country, LLP in the Stillwater office.  Ms. Weingartner joined the firm in February 2010 and practices Native American Law, Family Law, and Criminal Law.  Ms. Weingartner earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Oklahoma with a major in Psychology and a minor in Political Science in 2001.  From there, Ms. Weingartner attended the University of Oklahoma College of Law, earning her Juris Doctor in 2004.  During law school, Ms. Weingartner interned at Pierce Couch Hendrickson Baysinger & Green and at the OU Legal Clinic, earning an award for Outstanding Criminal Defense Clinic Student.  Following law school, Ms. Weingartner worked in private practice and later at the Oklahoma Attorney General's Office.  Ms. Weingartner is currently licensed to practice in the State of Oklahoma, the United States District Courts in the Western, Eastern, and Northern Districts of Oklahoma.

Anna Clough, Associate Attorney
















Anna Rangel Clough is an Associate Attorney for Legal Advocates for
Indian Country, LLP in the Stillwater Office. Mrs. Clough joined the
firm in April 2010 and practices Native American Law and Family
Law. Mrs. Clough earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the
University of Oklahoma in 2005 with a degree in Sociology and a minor
in Native American Studies. Mrs. Clough earned her Juris Doctorate
from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2008, and was also
granted certification in Native American Law through the Center for
the Study of American Indian Law and Policy. Mrs. Clough is a citizen
of the Muscogee (Creek) Nation and hopes to use her legal education
and cultural understanding to assist in preserving and protecting the
legal rights of Native people in Oklahoma.

Ashlee Campbell, Legal Assistant

Ms. Campbell joined the firm in June 2009 after previously doing an internship for them in the summer of 2008. Ms. Campbell graduated from East Central University in May 2009. She earned her Bachelors of Science with a major in Legal Studies and a minor in Management Information Systems with concentration on Information Technology.
