With help from the Modoc Tribe of Oklahoma through their Domestic Violence Grant, LAIC is able to offer free legal assistance to victims of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, or stalking to those who are seeking legal advice or representation in the legal issue that is directly related to their victimization. The assistance offered ranges from protective orders, divorce, custody & visitation, to child and spousal support. However to qualify, the victim or the abuser must be a tribal member.
